Does the jewelry come with any special packaging?
Yes, Each item is packed in a small recycled cotton bag. There is also a possibility to pack it a paper gift box, but to avoid producing too much waste we do it only by request,for example if you want to offer it as a gift. This packaging is free.
When can I expect my order?
Everything is handmade in Poland and all orders are shipped out from here. Depending on the item, it usually takes 1-3 days your order to be shipped. Delivery typically takes up to 7 days from the ship date. Shipping overseas might take slightly longer.
Do you ship outside EU?
Yes, we do! Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These additional charges must be paid once the package has arrived in your country, but before it is delivered. Unfortunately, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates and are beyond our control. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Can you add a gift message to my order?
Yes, buyers can add a message for their gift recipients. This will be enclosed in a white envelope and will arrive with your gift package.

What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item without having to give a reason at any time within a period of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
You must send the unworn jewelry back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

Please note that personalised items that have been manufactured on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I exchange a purchased product for another one?
Yes, you can. First you should contact us at email@example.com to check if the product you want to exchange it for is available. After this you must send the unworn jewelry back to us at our contact address at your own cost within a period of 30 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
Please note that custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Do you do custom orders?
It depends on what you would like to customize and the period of time during the year. (before Christmas we might be too busy to do custom orders). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if we can help.
